HIRING: AI Productivity Product — 4-Week Intensive Build
Remote · Full-time (during build) · Immediate Start

**🧠 What We’re Building**
An AI productivity product that:

- Works on Windows, macOS, Linux
- Includes a browser extension (no installation required)
- Integrates with Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Salesforce, and more
- Runs locally, in the cloud, or both

**Ships in 4 weeks**
🔁 What You’ll Actually Do (Daily Loop)
- Claude gives you a detailed specification
- Codex writes the production code
- You deploy and run it
- If something fails → paste the error to Claude
- Claude gives the fix → you execute it
- Repeat every 30–60 minutes

You are the person who makes it real on an actual machine connected to actual services. We’re looking for a Backend Developer to help deploy and operationalise an AI-powered productivity product.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on deployment, integration, and testing, not architecture design.

**👨‍💻 What You’ll Work On**

- FastAPI backend deployment
- PostgreSQL (Supabase) schema management & migrations
-LLM routing layer & vector database integration (ChromaDB)
- OAuth integrations (email, calendar, cloud storage)
- Background services, webhooks & event monitoring
- Output validation and accuracy layer testing

✅ Must-Have Skills

- Python 3.11+
- PostgreSQL
- Docker / Containers
- Git
- REST APIs & OAuth understanding
- Comfortable working in the terminal

❌ Not Required

- Prior AI/LLM experience
- Vector database expertise
- Designing system architecture from scratch
