## Description
**IT Service Delivery Specialist**

Paris
On-site

Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house and through collaboration and curiosity, we set high aspirations and strive for excellence. We value everyone’s contribution and embrace feedback to develop ourselves and others. We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.

As IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Paris office, you will be a key player responsible for providing incident and request support to internal users and customers, ensuring ITIL-based practices and procedures to deliver best-in-class technical service support. In addition, you will engage with system owners and stakeholders to drive IT-related activities from start to finish, coordinate and align the right stakeholders for successful end-to-end delivery, and ensure regional and global processes are followed and continuously improved. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with the latest IT technologies!

We offer you an international and creative environment along with a chance of working with major business flows in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, finance, and logistics areas. This is a unique opportunity to join a global fashion house and play a key role in moving Acne Studios’ business forward and maintaining business continuity.

**CULTURE OF COLLABORATION**

We firmly believe that when you feel supported, included, and trusted, it enables you to enjoy your work and thrive in it. You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The role will be part of IT Support & Delivery team, based in Stockholm, Paris, Shanghai, New York and Tokyo

You will be part of the global IT Support & Delivery team, with colleagues in Stockholm, Paris, Shanghai, New York, and Tokyo. You will ensure the stability, continuity, and quality of IT services across offices, stores, and warehouse operations worldwide.

This role includes managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and operational tasks coming from users or from monitoring business systems, devices, and networks. You will provide IT support through existing communication channels—phone, walk-ins, ticketing system, and remote support tools—while documenting and following up on all cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution. You will also perform hands-on and remote fixes, including installing and upgrading software, configuring systems and applications, and installing hardware.

You will take ownership of the IT infrastructure in the Paris region, ensuring operational stability, compliance, and alignment with global standards. This includes supporting networks, servers, workplace technology, cloud services, meeting room systems, and retail technology environments in alignment with the HQ IT Operations manager.

You will lead and facilitate technical dialogues between internal stakeholders and external vendors, particularly around system integrations, development and data flows. You will bring the right people together at the right time to secure informed decision-making and successful delivery of technical solutions with the support of your closest manager and Acne IT business partners and other SME(subject matter experts).

The role reports to the Global IT Service Delivery Manager and is part of the IT department. Position is based in Paris.

You have previous experience of the following:

·Leading and taking full ownership of regional IT infrastructure, ideally within the Paris region, including oversight of systems, networks, workplace technology, security, and vendor-managed services.

·Facilitating and leading stakeholder discussions with vendors to achieve technical integrations, data flows, and solution design outcomes.

·Engaging in clear and structured dialogues with system owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive IT‑related initiatives from initiation to completion.

·Coordinating and aligning the right stakeholders at the right time, ensuring successful end‑to‑end delivery of system and infrastructure tasks.

·Ensuring adherence to regional and global IT processes while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and harmonization.

·Providing 3+ years of customer service or technical support, preferably within a modern IT operations or service delivery environment.

·Practical experience with ITSM processes and tools, including incident, request, change, problem, and knowledge management.

·General working knowledge of:

Server, network, and security administration
Vendor management
Desktop support and workplace services
·Hands-on experience with PC and Mac hardware, communication devices, and basic networking.

·Demonstrated experience supporting environments that include:

Microsoft AD / Entra ID, Office 365 Suite (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)
Storage solutions such as Egnyte and Box
Windows Client, macOS, iOS
Printers, meeting room systems
Cisco Meraki, Intune
Retail/Store technology (Payment Terminals, POS setup, RFID devices, receipt printers, etc.)
·Strong client‑facing and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport with users and business partners at all levels.

·Microsoft certifications are considered a plus.

·Experience working within an ITIL environment or holding an ITIL qualification is meriting.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are looking for someone who has a customer service mindset, is self-motivated with a strong ability to take own initiative to solve issues, make suggestions for improvements, while also being a supportive team player.

You will be part of an IT Support and Delivery team that focuses on supporting each other rather than looking to one’s own priorities, and you need to have the same mindset. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You always act with integrity and have a natural ability to influence and build trust. You value simplicity over complexity and are guided by impact rather than prestige. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are highly valued. And ideally, you enjoy working in a creative international environment with a wide range of personalities.

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in IT and a strong ambition to improve yourself and your work. If you are motivated by problem solving, working independently, and excelling in your daily work by getting things done this is an opportunity not to be missed! When our company language is english you need to be fluent in both French and English. This is a full-time position where traveling will occur.

What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to recognizing the potential in everyone. We embrace diversity of people as well as ideas and viewpoints and encourage everyone's individual expression of their own identity.

It’s a strong plus if you have experience across multiple IT functions or demonstrate a genuine passion for technology—whether through personal projects, home labs, certifications, or simply exploring IT in your free time. Curiosity and enthusiasm for IT are highly valued in our team
