## Description
**About this Opportunity**

What you'll own
End-to-end design for complex, ambiguous problems on a product surface. From problem framing through customer research to final shipped UI. You drive your own discovery; you do not wait for briefs.

Customer research. Run interviews independently, synthesise findings, convert to design direction. You speak to internal customers - not always through PM.

Design system contributions. Extend primitives, propose new patterns, document conventions. Your contributions outlive your tenure on any single feature.

Mentoring designers. Code review the design equivalent: review work, give critique, unblock craft questions. Engineers and PMs see you as a craft mentor across the team.

Driving design critique sessions. Structure feedback rounds, raise the bar across the team.

Written design rationale. You produce design decision documents, principles, and decision logs as a default - not when forced.

Cross-functional partnership. Surface design constraints early to PM and engineering. Bring reasoned alternatives. Operate as a peer, not a delegate.

Pixel-level craft and accessibility on your own work and surface.

## Organization
- Name: Unifize

- Industry: Software Development
- Size: N/A
- Founded Year: 2019
- Description: Between your ERP, QMS, PLM & MES, there is a cost that isn't being measured.

The coordination that produces quality records, change approvals, and supplier decisions runs through email, meetings, and spreadsheets. No system of record captures it. We call it coordination tax. It runs 15-30% of white-collar operational cost across regulated industries, invisible in every budget.

Unifize makes it visible, measurable, and reducible.

We capture cross-functional coordination in governed threads where decisions, evidence, and completion stay connected. AI reveals how processes actually work vs. how they are documented. The result is a transformation you can prove.

Products your teams will recognize: QMS, DMS, PLM, and MES. Real results: 75% CAPA cycle time reduction, 30% faster product development, 100% customer expansion rate.

90 days to prove value. Works alongside your existing systems. Your processes don't have to fit the software; the software fits the process.

People. Process. AI. Outcomes.
