About The Role**

The TechOps Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Odoo platform by providing technical and functional support to internal teams and platform users. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, proactively optimizing workflows, monitoring system health, collaborating with engineering teams, and improving user adoption through documentation and training. The ideal candidate combines strong Odoo expertise with a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure seamless business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide first and second-level technical and functional support for Odoo-related issues, including troubleshooting bugs, configuration errors, and user queries. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows, proactively identify recurring issues, and improve system efficiency. 
- Monitor system health, server logs, database performance, and production alerts to ensure platform stability and timely incident resolution. 
- Develop user documentation, SOPs, and training materials while working closely with development and DevOps teams to validate deployments and resolve complex issues. 

**Qualifications**

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo functional support, TechOps, configuration, or basic customisation. 
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounting, and Website/E-commerce. 
- Basic knowledge of Python, XML, SQL/PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Odoo architecture and configurations. 
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
