## Description
Job Title: HR Operations / HR Generalist
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: 2–3 Years ONLY
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) Required
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations / HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the basic HR operations like employee records, attendance, and compliance.
- Perform administrative duties including documentation, and office coordination.
- Support employee relations and basic policy implementation.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka experience is mandatory)
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage attendance tracking and compliance-related activities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee documentation and verification records
- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related activities
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

**Qualification:**
- MBA (HR) preferred
- A min of 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
